About the role: We seek a Revenue Enablement Associate to onboard, train, and coach SDRs, Sales, Client Strategy, and Business Development teams. This role also manages training content. The associate will collaborate with revenue leaders on go-to-market strategies and coaching needs.
Remote-friendly: This role can be performed remotely in NYC, or one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, Seattle), or anywhere else in the US.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a best-in-class, 5-week training program to new hires
- Create onboarding curriculums and materials
- Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences
- Host coaching sessions on soft skills (objections, discovery, negotiation)
- Maintain and update onboarding content
- Improve broader content and resource management
- Assess onboarding program impact using metrics and feedback
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and coaching needs
- Monitor and update core revenue team content
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience (fast-paced, high-growth preferred)
- Experience building training programs for sales roles
- Understanding of the sales process and what constitutes “great” performance
- Proficiency with sales tools (Salesforce, Apollo, Groove, Clari, Gong)
- Proficiency with content management and LMS tools (Confluence, 360Learning)
- Strong audience engagement skills and ability to adapt content
- Self-starter with strong judgment
- Project ownership experience
- Coaching and role-playing experience
Compensation:
Base Salary: $80,000 - $90,000
