This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operational strategies and market approaches.
Job Overview: The TWF Solutions Insights Program Manager will be responsible for managing and executing an action-driven strategic program that drives go-to-market growth through insights, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous development of tools, playbooks, and training materials, while leveraging data and industry trends to optimize sales performance and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute a competitive strategy program to drive actionable insights, competitive intelligence, and strategic recommendations to drive go-to-market growth.
- Leverage data and competitive insights to analyze market trends, track program performance, and make informed decisions that drive program success and strategic positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including TWF Solutions, sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to gather necessary information and insights.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with key stakeholders to understand current practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing documentation that can be easily understood and followed by sales teams.
- Capture customer win wins, case studies and references by industry and summarize for executive audiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the tech industry, with significant experience in TWF Solutions, sales, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proven experience working at least two major tech companies.
- Strong understanding of TWF solutions processes, sales strategies, and go-to-market tactics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and documentation skills.
- Ability to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
