Full-Time UK Channel Marketing Manager

The UK Channel Marketing Manager will drive Cricut's UK growth. The role is 80% UK market strategy and execution and 20% international collaboration for cohesive marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a UK-specific channel marketing strategy analyzing market trends and competitive activity.
• Support international teams in creating marketing solutions for physical retail, ensuring regional alignment.
• Maintain strong UK partner relationships (retailers, distributors, etc.).
• Collaborate with partners to create co-marketing plans aligning with Cricut's goals.
• Lead targeted co-marketing campaigns with tailored materials.
• Drive lead generation and sales support programs in the UK.
• Maximize reach through retail partner training and support.
• Analyze channel marketing program effectiveness using data, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (consumer marketing, sales, etc.).
• Manage marketing agencies and external field teams, ensuring smooth operations.
• Manage and track the UK channel marketing budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years channel marketing experience with retail knowledge.
• Proven successful channel marketing strategy development and execution.
• Strong analytical skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing marketing budgets, and campaigns.
• Proactive approach, ability to handle multiple priorities, and familiarity with the UK retail landscape, especially in DIY, craft, and consumer goods sectors.
• Authorized to work in the UK and live within 1-2 hours from London.
