Full-Time Vendor Management Specialist

Oversees the relationships and performance of our third-party vendors to ensure they meet the company's operational goals and compliance standards. As a key player in our vendor management process, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize vendor contracts, evaluate product and service performance, and implement strategies that drive operational efficiency and cost savings.

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors ensuring compliance with service agreements.
• Conduct regular evaluations of vendor performance through metrics and audits.
• Assist in the negotiation and renewal of vendor contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify vendor needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain a database of vendor information and performance metrics.
• Mitigate risks associated with vendor partnerships by implementing monitoring processes.
• Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and relevant insights to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field required.
• Experience in vendor management or procurement roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of managing successful vendor contracts.
