Join our dynamic Sales Operations team and become integral to our revenue growth strategy.
Develop expertise in sales pipeline management, revenue reporting, and forecasting, contributing to our ecological transformation mission.
Certified professional sales training and access to Salesforce CRM systems are provided.
Work alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to industrial and municipal sectors and developing commercial acumen and technical knowledge.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze sales pipelines
- Develop revenue reporting and forecasting skills
- Understand lead generation and qualification
- Support commercial deal development
- Learn about digital monitoring and insight technology
- Develop expertise in water treatment solutions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Contribute to market analysis and trend identification
- Support project management and delivery teams
- Participate in marketing activities
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Sales Operations, or Business Related
- Fluent in English (other European languages beneficial)
- Interest in sales growth organizations and CRM systems
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Full UK driving licence (a car will be provided)
- Willingness to travel (Europe)
