The Vice President, Business Development will spearhead strategic growth initiatives, focusing on expanding market share and portfolio innovation in oncology and interventional radiology. This role demands a forward-thinking leader with exceptional vision and business acumen.
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Lead the formulation and implementation of Sirtex’s global business development strategy.
Partnership Development: Forge and manage high-impact partnerships.
Market Intelligence: Drive deep analysis of global oncology and medical device markets.
Deal Execution: Oversee the full cycle of business development transactions.
Collaboration with Leadership: Collaborate across functional teams.
Stakeholder Communication: Deliver compelling business cases and strategic recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Business, Life Sciences, or a related discipline is required.
- Experience in medical devices/medtech is required.
- Demonstrated success in executing complex deal negotiations.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
