Vice President – Client Services is responsible for leading RPO service delivery teams, ensuring programs, projects, and account financials meet or exceed expectations for Cielo and clients.
Location Specifics: Remote for candidates with US work rights.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build a high-performing team of client account leaders focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Set performance standards and goals for the team; assess progress, and proactively address gaps.
- Provide leadership and coaching to leaders, focusing on continuous development and career opportunities.
- Develop teams across the portfolio, implementing talent assessment and succession planning.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships at all levels within client organizations.
- Partner with internal Cielo and client leaders for successful new client implementations.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis.
- Understand Master Service Agreements (MSAs), formal/informal agreements, and Statements of Work.
- Hold regular client delivery review meetings; identify service gaps and articulate improvement plans.
- Partner with the strategic account team for input, feedback, and addressing concerns.
- Provide input to the sales process, including client needs analysis, sales presentations, and articulation of Cielo services.
- Ensure strong, proactive touchpoints between Customer teams and clients at all levels.
- Effectively and appropriately handle client escalations, ensuring escalation protocols are in place.
- Optimize productivity across the portfolio.
- Ensure client service compliance and auditability, and data demonstrates value-add.
- Review resources to maximize efficiency and address under/excess resourcing promptly.
- Ensure transparency and reportability of services provided to clients.
- Support or deliver effective change management; contribute to annual budgeting.
- Provide a credible forecast of volume, revenue, and costs.
- Ensure financial targets for the portfolio are met or exceeded; implement actions to close budget gaps.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Conduct workforce planning to identify needs and trends, facilitating early action.
- Provide insights into account performance and client needs.
- Stay current with system development, providing insights to customers and internal departments; introduce new system functionality to maximize customer value.
- Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Lead a team of Senior Recruiters, Client Services Managers, Recruitment Enablement Managers, etc., providing guidance, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Significant experience leading client delivery teams in RPO, building robust senior-level relationships based on trust and confidence.
- Experience managing financial performance.
- Proven people management skills with experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring.
- Exposure to effectively influencing internal and external stakeholders, analyzing data, identifying opportunities, and using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a team player.
- High level of self-organization and prioritization; excellent attention to detail.
