Job Details

The Vice President, Commercial Sales – US is responsible for leading the Commercial sales teams to deliver and sell SaaS based mapping content and tools to business leaders.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Manage business portfolios and customer acquisitions as well as expansion of strategic accounts.
  2. Lead and manage a sales team in achieving individual, team and organisational quotas.
  3. Create and drive new and strategic go-to-market plans.
  4. Drive strategic deals to six-figure or seven-figure deal victories.
  5. Monitor account planning and execute maximum revenue potential.
  6. Provide strategic executive leadership for the sales team including sales forecasting, territory assignments, sales coaching and commission planning.
  7. Coach sales teams, assisting with selling activities.
  8. Develop annual sales forecasts.
  9. Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors and client opportunities.
  10. Oversee regional customer satisfaction and renewals.
  11. Partner with Revenue Operations to create dashboards and reports.
  12. Recruit and retain high performers.
  13. Facilitate regular company meetings.

Requirements:

  • +10 years of Sales Management experience in a B2B sales environment.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Good leadership skills and the ability to drive company success.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
