Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Translate sales strategy into actionable plans for each region.
  • Support regional leaders in executing local targets, aligning with global growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities (geographic, sectoral, customer).
  • Ensure revenue and margin targets are met across operating companies.
  • Standardize and drive pricing strategy execution.

Customer Relationship & Market Development

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers.
  • Leverage customer insights for commercial strategies.
  • Establish competitive intelligence for go-to-market strategies.

Sales Operations & Processes

  • Harmonize sales processes and pipeline management (e.g., CRM).
  • Work with finance teams on forecasting, budget, and performance analytics.
  • Introduce best practices in sales operations.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Coach and support regional sales leaders.
  • Design and implement sales enablement programs.
  • Serve as a cultural ambassador.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Interface between regional organizations and centralized functions.
  • Partner with Marketing, HR, and Finance for alignment.
  • Support CEO in strategic planning and acquisitions.

Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of senior leadership in international B2B sales.
  • Experience in industrial, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-country teams.
  • Strong strategic mindset and operational discipline.
  • Proven ability to influence across cultures.

Skills

  • Expertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and commercial performance management.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
