As we continue to scale our influence across manufacturers, providers, and payers, we are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and charismatic Vice President of Marketing to lead and elevate our brand, thought leadership, and go-to-market impact. This executive leader will be both the public face and strategic architect of IntegriChain’s brand and will oversee brand strategy, demand generation, thought leadership, product marketing, communications, events, and sales enablement.

The ideal candidate is a gifted storyteller, experienced revenue marketer, and proven team builder who thrives in fast-paced B2B SaaS or healthcare environments. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive measurable pipeline growth and brand leadership across life sciences.

What this role entails:
  • Brand Strategy & Thought Leadership: Serve as IntegriChain’s brand evangelist and keynote presence, representing the company at significant events, summits, webinars, and strategic forums. Develop and refine a differentiated brand voice and platform.
  • Sales Enablement & Value Messaging: Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales playbooks, account-specific pitch decks, competitive battlecards, and persona-based messaging frameworks.
  • Demand Generation & Marketing Operations: Lead end-to-end demand generation strategy—including digital marketing, ABM, SEO/SEM, content syndication, and events—to drive top-of-funnel growth.
  • Product & Segment Marketing: Guide product positioning and go-to-market strategy for new and existing offerings. Translate complex product & platform capabilities into compelling, market-aligned messaging.
  • Events & Executive Engagement: Own the event strategy, including presence at industry conferences, proprietary customer summits, and regional forums. Personally lead sessions as a keynote speaker, moderator, or executive facilitator.
  • Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across demand generation, content, communications, and enablement functions.
What you'll bring to the table:
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
  • Proven success scaling marketing functions in B2B SaaS, data/analytics platforms, or healthcare/life sciences environments.
  • Deep familiarity with the pharma commercialization lifecycle, payer/provider dynamics, and revenue management trends.
