Process Creation and Optimization:
- Develop and optimize end-to-end product development processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Define overarching playbook of functions and activities to be orchestrated as part of product launches, and standardize business processes, such as planning, product enablement and driving adoption, roadmap execution and reporting to facilitate and support product development.
- Develop, implement and continuously refine best practices, continuing education to improve product lifecycle management efficiency and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product operations and establish mechanisms for tracking and reporting.
- Analyze KPI data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to optimize product processes.
- Support Product Management with data and analytic insights required to drive product adoption outcomes, improve product design/features, and keep a pulse on product health.
Product tooling management:
- Define, implement, and manage the product management tool stack: roadmap development, task/project management, customer and user feedback, product analytics, product performance monitoring, experimentation, knowledge base, etc.
Team Collaboration and Growth:
- Lead a high-performing product operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Setup and manage Product Management training and onboarding programs to support Product Management.
- Identify talent needs and provide ongoing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Team Accountability:
- Establish and maintain accountability frameworks to ensure team members meet project timelines and deliverables.
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews to drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership in Product Operations: 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within product operations, preferably in high-growth or fintech industries.
- A proven track record of driving product operations strategies, improving product delivery efficiencies, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles, agile methodologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in process optimization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to product operations.
- Proven experience in using data and analytics to identify bottlenecks, enhance product lifecycle management, and inform strategic decisions to optimize processes.
- Strong Background in Product Development Frameworks and Tools: In-depth understanding and practical experience with frameworks and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or OKRs.
- Hands-on experience working with Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools to manage projects, track progress, and report on key milestones and outcomes.
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments where priorities and projects may shift frequently. You should be able to anticipate challenges, proactively address risks and maintain focus on the strategic goals of the organization while solving operational issues.

Salary Range: $250,000 - $275,000
