We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization and drive revenue growth.
This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the CRO.
What You’ll Do:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy, identify new market opportunities, and manage a data-driven sales process.
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Revenue Growth & Market Expansion: Own sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue targets. Expand PayNearMe’s presence and build strategic partnerships.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Build strong executive-level relationships with key customers and partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments.
- Proven track record of scaling sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Expertise in sales methodologies and process optimization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Remote (U.S.-based) with up to 40% travel.
