Job Details
The Vice President – Strategic Accounts manages all functions and processes associated with growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, C-Suite, and executive sponsors.
- Drive account plan for assigned accounts.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to strengthen partnership and increase Cielo revenue.
- Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and scope of services for program modifications.
- Lead the Renewal Process with clients.
- Manage Statement of Work Addendums and Change Orders.
- Elevate and implement Account Management/Growth model.
- Cielo advocate to client stakeholders to reinforce partnership and promote expansion.
- Manage Strategic Planning process per client (SWOT/Stakeholder Analysis, client program maturity model).
- Develop cross-program benchmarking analysis and reports.
- Develop Center of Excellence – best practices.
- Clearly communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecast and track key account management metrics (quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
- Root Cause Analysis – systemic issue resolution.
- Assist with high severity requests.
- Contribute to developing sector expertise (industry & client-based information, case studies, best practices).
- Identify channel and partnership opportunities.
- Provide leadership and support with key client business reviews.
- Participate in sector think tanks, webinars, and conferences.
- Contribute to developing new products and services.
- Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- B2B Account Management experience (solutions/professional services).
- Proven track record managing high-level opportunities.
- Engagement and Influencing skills.
- Proactive learning.
- Knowledge of RPO, HR, and business trends.
- Travel: 25% travel (US candidates only).
- Language: English.
