Job Details

The Vice President – Strategic Accounts manages all functions and processes associated with growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, C-Suite, and executive sponsors.
  2. Drive account plan for assigned accounts.
  3. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to strengthen partnership and increase Cielo revenue.
  4. Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and scope of services for program modifications.
  5. Lead the Renewal Process with clients.
  6. Manage Statement of Work Addendums and Change Orders.
  7. Elevate and implement Account Management/Growth model.
  8. Cielo advocate to client stakeholders to reinforce partnership and promote expansion.
  9. Manage Strategic Planning process per client (SWOT/Stakeholder Analysis, client program maturity model).
  10. Develop cross-program benchmarking analysis and reports.
  11. Develop Center of Excellence – best practices.
  12. Clearly communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Forecast and track key account management metrics (quarterly sales results, annual forecasts).
  14. Root Cause Analysis – systemic issue resolution.
  15. Assist with high severity requests.
  16. Contribute to developing sector expertise (industry & client-based information, case studies, best practices).
  17. Identify channel and partnership opportunities.
  18. Provide leadership and support with key client business reviews.
  19. Participate in sector think tanks, webinars, and conferences.
  20. Contribute to developing new products and services.
  21. Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • B2B Account Management experience (solutions/professional services).
    • Proven track record managing high-level opportunities.
    • Engagement and Influencing skills.
    • Proactive learning.
    • Knowledge of RPO, HR, and business trends.
  22. Travel: 25% travel (US candidates only).
  23. Language: English.
