We’re seeking a visionary Vice President, Technical Operations & Asset Performance to lead our global Center of Excellence (COE). This executive role will lead a team of subject matter experts setting global standards, scaling best practices, and delivering measurable improvements.
- Lead Global TPM Strategy: Oversee the design and execution of a global Total Productive/Preventive Maintenance system across all manufacturing sites.
- Drive Asset Reliability: Implement predictive maintenance, real-time monitoring, and automated inspection systems to maximize uptime and performance.
- Scale Innovation: Integrate cutting-edge technologies in digitalization, automation, and energy management across regions.
- Optimize Energy & Materials: Use data analytics to reduce energy consumption, improve raw material efficiency, and enhance product quality.
- Project Leadership: Blend internal and external capabilities to manage major capital projects.
- Standardize Excellence: Establish global standards for process control, safety, and environmental compliance through the COE.
- Foster Collaboration: Facilitate cross-site knowledge sharing and replication of high-impact practices.
- Align with Business Goals: Ensure all initiatives support broader objectives in sustainability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
