Job Details

Grow VIP team and ensure performance goals are met.

  • Supervise and mentor Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute VIP strategies to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze VIP data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships and address VIP needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments for a seamless VIP experience.
  • Develop and execute VIP strategies to increase VIP acquisition.
  • Assist the Head of VIP with outbound campaigns, ROI reporting, and KPI guidance.
  • Track team effectiveness, provide feedback on trends, and communicate essential information.
  • Maintain regular contact with VIPs, ensuring quality work and performance.
  • Set performance goals, conduct monthly reviews, QAs, and participate in hiring processes.
  • Motivate the team, provide constructive feedback, and build positive team dynamics.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in VIP management or similar role.
  • Experience in EU Markets.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Account Management or Customer Relationship experience (preferably in iGaming).
  • Understanding of the iGaming and Sports betting market and KPIs.
