Job Details
We are seeking a Hungarian-speaking VIP-Support manager for one of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer requests through various communication channels (mostly chats and emails, less phone calls).
- Assisting clients with simple questions related to finance, stocks, and the platform.
- Recording and maintaining a database of customer requests with a focus on quality work and compliance with SLAs.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at the initial level, working on indicators.
- Collecting information about emerging issues and passing them on to senior colleagues.
- Informing customers about available bonuses and promotions
- Communicating with the audience at different stages of the customer lifecycle and at the request of the client
- Effective time management and task prioritizing
- Working with Tableau, REA, Backoffice
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good computer skills, knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.
- Attention to detail
- Hard work ethic
- Analytical skills and basic data skills
- Creativity and ability to generate new ideas
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Knowledge of English (B1 level)
- Knowledge of Hungarian (native speaker and/or C1 level)
