Your Role: As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client's company. You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. We create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback, and development.
Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized, client-centered Legal Assistant who can serve as a warm and competent point of contact for our clients, leads, and referral partners.
This person will:
- Manage scheduling
- Answer the phone
- Promptly respond to emails
- Take accurate messages
- Prepare and send engagement letters and payment/invoices
- Build lasting relationships
