Full-Time Visual Merchandiser Manager

Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser Manager does more than just style fashion according to H&M guidelines. They also collaborate with the Store Management team to maximize sales, coach, and identify new talent through leadership. The VM's create inspiring stores and the best shopping experience for customers and colleagues. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the visual team follows the visual identity according to H&M guidelines, business needs, and budget.
• Lead the store team to ensure high-quality, commercial garment presentation.
• Quality assure the launch and maintenance of sales campaigns and activities are on time, aligned with H&M standards, and optimized for the store.
• Follow up, evaluate, and provide feedback on sales KPIs to the management team. Initiate changes to improve the business together with the Store Manager.
• Execute and ensure store visual recruitment with the Store Manager and ensure succession within the store team.

Skills & Experiences

• Visual Merchandising experience, at least 5+ years
• Previous experience of leading and managing teams with high fashion
• Knowledge and passion for driving goals forward
• Passion for profitability, people, and fashion
• Customer-first mindset
