Working at the heart of a fast-paced fashion business, a Visual Merchandiser Manager does more than just style fashion according to H&M guidelines. They collaborate with the Store Management team to maximize sales, coach, and identify new talent. The VM’s inspire stores and create exceptional shopping experiences for customers and colleagues. This position reports to the Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure visual team implements visual identity according to H&M guidelines, business needs, and budget.
- Lead store team for high-quality, commercial garment presentation.
- Quality assure timely launch and maintenance of sales campaigns aligned with H&M standards, optimizing store performance.
- Follow up, evaluate, and provide feedback on sales KPIs to management. Initiate changes for business improvement with the Store Manager.
- Execute and ensure store visual recruitment with the Store Manager; ensure succession within the store team.

- Visual Merchandising experience: 5+ years
- Leadership and management experience with high fashion teams
