About this position: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Account Management to lead and oversee our Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB account management teams.
What you'll be doing:
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the account management department. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team. Set and monitor KPIs and OKRs.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate relationships with C-level executives. Act as the executive point of contact for key clients, addressing escalations, needs and concerns. Lead strategic conversations with clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion. Lead the team to deepen engagement with current clients, driving upsells and cross-sells. Manage Net Revenue and Gross Revenue Retention. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the account management process. Manage commission and incentivization plans. Implement best practices. Monitor and analyze account performance metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Serve as a key liaison between account management and product teams.

Salary Range: $250,000 - 300,000 OTE
