Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a multi-pronged partner strategy across:
- Strategic Alliances: Form high-value partnerships with global consulting firms, cloud providers, and complementary tech players.
- Resell (VAR): Identify, onboard, and manage partners who can resell ERP and Supply Chain solutions into targeted accounts and regions.
- Referral: Launch and scale a network of referral partners, including boutique consultants, implementation partners, and industry insiders who can introduce us to key manufacturing and enterprise accounts.
- Team Leadership and Expansion
- Build and lead a world-class partner organization spanning multiple geographies and partner types.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top partner managers with clear goals, accountability, and shared ownership of pipeline growth.
- Establish a scalable operating rhythm for performance tracking, enablement, and partner success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services teams to ensure partner programs are aligned with core company priorities.
- Lead co-marketing, co-selling, and field engagement initiatives that create joint wins and long-term value.
- Growth and Metrics Ownership
- Own KPIs for partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings across ERP and Supply Chain product lines.
- Build reporting, dashboards, and insights to inform executive stakeholders and guide ongoing strategy.
- Constantly refine the partner portfolio and engagement models to maximize return.
Experience Requirements
- 10 or more years in enterprise software partnerships, channels, or alliances, including at least 5 years in a team leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of the ERP and/or Supply Chain software market and its buyer personas.
- Demonstrated success building a partner organization from scratch or transforming an underperforming partner model.
- Proven ability to attract, retain, and grow top talent within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Comfortable toggling between strategy and execution; this is a hands-on leadership role.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, Planning, Scheduling, GTM, SRM, and/or Manufacturing Execution solutions.
