VP, Client Services Responsibilities:
Owns senior-level client and agency partner relationships beyond daily operations.
Focuses on client retention and identifying new opportunities.
Manages client and agency partner risks, ensuring financial health goals are met.
Leads internal and external agency coordination of integrated marketing plans.
Requires strong thought leadership within EVERSANA INTOUCH and industry.
Brings new services to clients to highlight EVERSANA INTOUCH offerings.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Oncology experience
- Experience managing complex client organizations
- AOR experience coupled with engagement delivery experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, etc.) + professional experience
- 12-15+ years of agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, or healthcare experience
- Thought leadership in integrated and digital marketing
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated
- Demonstrated P&L targets met through business opportunities
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Cross-functional project team leadership
- Negotiating and executing agreements
- Creative thinking and analytical skills
