Sales Strategy & ExecutionTranslate sales strategy into actionable plans for each region.Support regional Managing Directors (MDs) and Regional Directors (RDs) in executing local targets.Ensure alignment with global growth priorities.Identify and develop new market opportunities.Ensure achievement of revenue and margin targets.
Customer Relationship & Market DevelopmentBuild and maintain relationships with strategic customers.Leverage customer insights to shape commercial strategies.Establish competitive intelligence across regions.
Sales Operations & ProcessesHarmonize global sales processes.Drive consistency in CRM (e.g., Victory) and reporting.Work with controlling & finance teams to develop accurate forecasting.
Team Leadership & DevelopmentCoach regional sales leaders.Design sales enablement programs and incentive structures.Serve as a cultural ambassador.
Cross-functional CollaborationAct as a key interface between regional organizations and centralized functions.Partner with Marketing, HR, and Controlling & Finance functions.
Experience Requirements10+ years of senior leadership experience in international B2B sales.Demonstrated success managing multi-country commercial teams.Strong strategic mindset with operational discipline.
SkillsExpertise in CRM systems, sales analytics, and commercial performance management.
LanguagesFluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
