Full-Time VP of Marketing

Yottaa seeks a visionary and results-driven VP of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving marketing success in scaling SaaS businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to penetrate the Total Addressable Market (TAM).
• Partner with the executive team to refine Yottaa's positioning and messaging.
• Serve as a thought leader for Yottaa's brand and solutions.
• Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns.
• Lead external communications (PR, AR, brand messaging).
• Implement robust marketing operations and lead management processes.
• Drive alignment between product, marketing, and sales.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in marketing, with senior leadership or Head-of-Marketing experience within a scaling SaaS business.
• Proven success in orchestrating full-funnel marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Expertise in developing compelling messaging and campaign theme development.
• Strong understanding of marketing's role in driving bookings.
• Experience in building, managing, and mentoring diverse teams.
• Ability to track and report on key performance metrics.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in creating and scaling inbound and outbound BDR processes.
