The SMB Team is seeking a VP of Revenue & Sales Enablement to lead our RevOps infrastructure and strategy. This role owns the systems, processes, strategy, and messaging for our GTM strategy, focusing on increasing sales results. They will manage sales data and provide insights to leadership for informed decisions.

- Creating a Scalable Outbound SDR Appointment Generating & Sales System
- Lead Assignment & Seller Power Ranking System
- Increase Sales Results & Synergy from Inbound and Marketing Team
- Design & Optimize Go-To-Market Strategy & Messaging
- Driver of Sales Velocity and Forecasting
- Sales Data, Analytics & Performance Insights
Requirements:
- Proven track record in bringing in $50M+ in annual sales
- 5+ years in revenue leadership roles (VP and above)
- Advanced analytics, data & systems background
- Strategic thinking along with ability to focus on details and ground-level processes
- Led team of at least 10+
- Experience with HubSpot or similar platforms
