About DuploCloud: DuploCloud is a software platform helping engineering teams achieve infrastructure automation, security, and compliance goals through DevOps-as-a-Service. We aim to make DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code accessible to all, allowing application developers to focus on building applications without extensive automation coding.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales team to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with CEO, VP Marketing, VP Engineering, and VP Customer Success to define growth goals and manage the go-to-market plan.
- Develop and execute the annual growth plan.
- Hire and train the go-to-market team.
- Analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Work directly with strategic customers.
- Engage customers considering strategic cloud operations initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years scaling a SaaS organization or product line to $30M+ ARR.
- 8+ years creating and iterating sales playbooks.
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience (including venture-backed software).
- 5+ years selling to developers in infrastructure or cybersecurity.
- 5+ years experience in demand generation, financial planning, sales management, and team recruitment/management.
- 5+ years experience with financial management, territory planning, B2B sales models leveraging CRM, marketing automation, and modern sales tools (Salesforce, AWS, etc.).
- 4+ years experience with cloud architecture design, optimization, and modern agile deployment practices.
- Successful completion of a competency-based interview.
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation package tailored to experience, location, and skills.

- Base compensation range (excluding OTE): $235,000 - $250,000 USD
