Product Lead owns the product strategy and establishes the overall product culture within their vertical.
Works closely with SVP Product, Chief Product Officer and peers to align vertical product strategy with broader company goals.
Works with product team to ensure brand roadmaps reflect vertical strategy and positively drive quarterly/annual metrics.
Maintains key internal relationships with market, operations, and sales leads to ensure communication and alignment.
Maintains relationships with key clients and regularly checks in to understand market/client evolution.
Deep understanding of fitness industry, trends, key players, and core competitors.
Focuses on establishing a strong product team, product culture, and continuous development of peers.
Ensures product delivery through established product culture.
Vision and Strategy: Formulates vision for boutique fitness product suite and spearheads product strategy formation.
Oversees evolution of Mariana Tek product by analyzing market, products, functionality, and customer/consumer expectations to deliver current needs and future plans.
Ensures stakeholders (marketing, development) understand sub-vertical product roadmap and strategy.
Drives effective sub-vertical product planning and execution, considering target customer segments, market trends, industry and competition to inform product pricing, positioning, and sales strategies.
Articulates prioritization decisions to appeal to target market, meet customer needs, and ensure profitability.
Visionary: Foresees customer and consumer product needs and takes proactive steps.
Leadership: Imparts vision and strategy to guide product team and stakeholders towards company product vision.
Strong communication, influencing, and consultancy skills for product roadmap discussions with internal stakeholders and customers.
Strong leadership experience leading global/hybrid teams to deliver results.
Strong software product, research, and analytical skills to ensure quality products aligning with market/organizational needs.
Ability to make decisions in ambiguous/uncertain situations.
Experience: 7-10 years of product leadership experience with passion for fitness market.
