Full-Time VP Sales and Marketing (Clinical Trial Solutions)

Basic Function: Leads the sales and marketing departments to meet sales revenue, profitability, and budgetary objectives. Directs brand and marketing strategies for Clinical Trials Solutions.

Essential Job Duties:

• Develop and meet sales and profit goals.
• Develop pricing strategies and sales campaigns.
• Review compensation structure and plans.
• Monitor sales achievements and market activity.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts.
• Lead brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage departmental budgets and vendor relationships.
• Identify published studies and create publication strategies.
• Oversee marketing activities and evaluate market trends.
• Represent customer voice in marketing strategies.
• Demonstrate leadership through coaching and mentoring.
• Manage conflicts and represent the organization.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Sales or Marketing in healthcare.
• Leadership experience required.
• Knowledge of brand management and sales process.
• Proficient in strategic planning, budgeting, and market research.
• Proficient in commissions and incentive reporting.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to travel 50%+.

Physical Requirements: Ability to operate a computer for extended periods. Mental acuity to interpret data and make decisions.
