About this JobNPI is a product attribution solution enabling market measurement via claims, certifications, and ingredient-level product characteristics. It leverages NIQ's global retail measurement sales data and panel insights to help retailers and manufacturers drive growth and innovation strategies. The VP will expand NPI into international markets and translate global strategies into country-level financial targets. This role builds and leads a global, remote team responsible for new business acquisition, client renewals, and sales activities throughout the sales cycle. The NPI team is a specialty sales team collaborating closely with NIQ Account Leaders and sales support throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Market Leaders to develop and implement sales strategies achieving country-level financial targets, focusing initially on Canada and Western Europe.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a growth-oriented culture.
- Own financial oversight, including accurate forecasting, financial planning, and performance metric setting.
- Collaborate with NIQ internal functions to support and execute sales strategies (Product, Operations, Legal, Contracts, Marketing, Finance).
- Provide customer insights and competitive intelligence driving solution innovation and process improvement.
- Support and participate in team and corporate growth initiatives.
- Contribute to strategic planning events with commercial perspective.
- Contribute to monthly reporting and leadership presentations as needed.
- Become proficient in NIQ solutions, systems, data, and tools.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of sales leadership experience with direct management.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG industry, syndicated data, data analytics, and SAS business model.
- Selling experience to retail and manufacturers/global clients is a plus.
- Track record of developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Experience in recruiting and developing high-performance sales teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for executive-level engagement.
- Hunter mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for developing collaborative relationships.
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to meet travel requirements up to 50%.
