About this Job: As the store location and consumer behavior expert, you'll build NielsenIQ's credibility and engagement with CPG and retail brands, showcasing how our store location data transforms their business. You'll meet financial targets and manage supporting teams.
Responsibilities: Reach and exceed financial targets; manage teams; identify growth opportunities; act as external spokesperson for services.
- Revenue Target Attainment: Deliver on Spectra and TD Linx growth & renewal targets, selling across DaaS, SaaS, and custom solutions.
- Forecasting: Forecast monthly objectives with 2% accuracy and provide a quarterly forecast weekly.
- Team Management: Coach and train team to achieve quota attainment, improve consultative selling skills, and start the renewal process early to retain and grow partnerships. Manage performance and team morale.
- Product Enhancement: Work cross-functionally to ensure product enhancements meet market needs, partnering with product, technology, and operations.
- Center of Excellence Collaboration: Work closely with the COE team to ensure organizational upskilling and proficiency aligns with client needs.
- US Leadership: Become an integral part of the US leadership team to grow the NIQ portfolio, advocate for partnerships, increase external and internal visibility, and lead initiatives.
Qualifications: 7+ years sales experience developing new business and revenue streams; 5+ years in Consumer-Packaged Goods; people management experience; proven performance management; proven track record of exceeding financial targets; experience with SaaS and DaaS (preferred); Bachelor's degree or higher; proven leadership; willingness to travel (15-25%); ability to handle ambiguity; positive team player; proactive self-starter.
