As the VP, Home, Family and Baby Leadership at NIQ, you will be responsible for establishing NIQ’s credibility, positioning, and engagement across HFB-related CPG manufacturers and retailers.
Responsibilities:
About You:
You are a practitioner in the HFB industry with knowledge and connections among retailers and brands. You confidently speak to industry issues, consumer and lifestyle trends, and the needs of HFB industry players. You enjoy presenting and are energized when engaging large and senior level audiences. Your communication skills are top notch! You are able to interweave strategic points, engaging stories, and key data points to craft a compelling storyline. You are comfortable utilizing insights and analytics and view them as a key component of product development, brand management, marketing and merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Create actionable, forward-looking thought leadership.
- Promote NIQ solutions through industry presentations.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to achieve sales goals.
- Collaborate with marketing on demand generation campaigns.
- Maintain a network of NIQ associates in HFB categories.
- Participate in client meetings to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop perspective on economic changes impacting NIQ clients.
- Build and maintain a strong network of C-suite industry stakeholders.
- Assist in business development efforts.
- Provide input to HFB-related product development.
