Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Parcel Sortation (f/m/x)
Role Overview:
Oversee operations as a Warehouse Sortation Supervisor at partner facilities.
Serve as the primary operational contact for partners handling pallet and parcel flows.
Report to the Logistics Team Lead in Berlin.
Work remotely with regular visits to partner warehouses.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth sortation processes, drive improvements, and proactively address operational challenges.
- Act as the main point of contact between Seven Senders and Service Providers, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new operational setups and customers.
- Regularly update and report to the Logistics Team Lead.
- Maintain high accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, ideally in a supervisory or coordination role.
- Strong supervising skills, ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to liaise between stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, resolving on-the-ground challenges, and willingness to travel.
- Proficiency in German and English.
