About this job:

In May 2025, NielsenIQ and VusionGroup announced a strategic partnership transforming physical retail via data integration and AI.

The Vusion Partnership Leader will lead the partnership, developing business with retailers/manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate partnership across teams, aligning with global strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth in West Europe (France, Italy, Germany, UK, Spain).
  • Present capabilities to international manufacturers/retailers.
  • Collaborate on new features for retail/consumer solutions.
  • Partner with Vusion on opportunities, preparing business plans.
  • Develop a strategic understanding of retail industry/markets.
  • Expand client base in Retail/CPG sectors.
  • Manage RFPs, from assessment to closing deals.
  • Build internal/external relationships to maximize opportunities.
  • Implement global/regional strategies and drive change.
  • Represent NIQ at industry events.
  • Forecast revenue and maintain pipeline accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years in retail, including roles at retailers/CPGs, involving data projects.
  • Proven ability to engage with C-Suite and internal teams.
  • Fluency in English and French; third language a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and innovation-driven mindset.
  • SaaS solution sales experience with revenue targets/KPIs.
  • Deep retail expertise.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
