About this job: As a Brand & Media Practice Area Team Member, you will be a key contributor to NielsenIQ's Strategic Analytics & Insights (SA&I) business and the Media Effectiveness (MMM) area. Reporting to the Practice Area Leader, you will contribute to delivering exceptional client outcomes, achieving short and long-term revenue goals and building awareness of our solutions in the market. You will act as a subject matter expert within our Media Effectiveness business, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization. Your role is central to ensuring the Brand and Media practice area achieves its revenue and operational goals. You will work closely with the regional leader and cross-functional teams.

About You: The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic commercial environment and has a proven ability to build meaningful client relationships. They possess a strategic mindset, operational rigor, and the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term growth strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in consulting, analytics, or consumer research roles in MMM programs (5-7 years of experience)
- Strong knowledge of brand and media evaluation and effectiveness, with expertise in applying solutions to real-world challenges.
- In-depth experience leading large-scale MMM studies.
- Business development skills, including understanding/translating client needs
- Thought leadership and media landscape experience
- Experience presenting at events or via webinars (preferred)
- Familiarity with sales processes and tools; experience in proposal development.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters degree preferred.
- Fluent French speaker (advantage)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
