Full-Time 3D Printing Solutions Sales Rep

Responsibilities: Proactively call into accounts, track, utilize, and maintain CRM data. Collaborate with customers to understand 3D printing integration needs. Partner with internal/external sales teams for territory development, account targeting, and new strategies. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers. Collaborate with sales team to prioritize prospects and accounts. Achieve monthly/quarterly pipeline activity metrics and KPI goals. Maintain extensive EAC product/service knowledge. Overcome objections and communicate value propositions.

Skills & Qualifications: Must be in the Minneapolis, MN area and able to work in a hybrid capacity. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred. 1-3+ years sales experience, preferably in software or technology. Enthusiastic, outgoing, confident, results-oriented, and a self-starter. Quick information processing for objection handling. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, presentation, and professionalism. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, and work under pressure. Excellent organizational skills, ability to work independently, and focus on achieving customer & company goals. Ability to collaborate and consistently produce high-quality output.

Compensation: Annual Salary $60,000 + Commission.
