Client Strategy Team at Hype

Responsibilities
- Client Retention & Success:
- Develop marketing strategies for client retention, understanding their needs and leveraging Hype's services.
- Work closely with Growth Strategists to create, present, and secure client trust.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure strategy execution and on-time delivery.
- New Business Opportunities
- Stay updated on market trends and client needs (pre-launch, startup, scale-up)
- Proactively plan campaigns with core marketing teams, influencing client initiatives.
- Manage the upsell process, working with directors to qualify new opportunities, develop proposals, and expand scope.
- Client & Hype Growth
- Be the primary client contact and internal voice, maximizing partnership value.
- Deliver best-in-class service regardless of client size, location, or style.
- Manage multiple priorities, time zones, and time constraints in a fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities for Hype's growth in the fast-growing crypto industry.

Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years experience retaining and expanding client accounts
- Proven client services success (digital marketing, consulting, exceeding targets)
- Relationship building with senior executives/management
- Data and insight use in sales opportunities
- Passion for emerging technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
