About the Role: This is your opportunity to break into SaaS or take the next step in your tech sales career. You’ll sit at the heart of our go-to-market motion, converting highly engaged inbound leads, shaping tailored conversations, and guiding prospects through a structured sales process that you own end to end.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Rapid response to a strong marketing-generated lead funnel
  • Nurturing marketing engaged leads through sequences (emails, calls)
  • Conduct high quality discoveries and demo’s
  • Prioritise and manage your open pipeline
  • Research and understand industry trends
  • Consistent delivery on KPI’s and sales activities

What you need to succeed:

  • 1-2 years experience in business development, sales or related field experience
  • A competitive mindset with a track record of beating targets
  • Comfort making daily calls and refining your craft through repetition
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment
  • Experience researching, prospecting, and cold calling into a large list of new business accounts
  • Proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment
  • End-to-end ownership of the sales process, from prospecting through to close
  • Strong objection handling and the ability to communicate value with confidence
  • Excellent organisation to run a clean, predictable pipeline
  • Experience with modern sales frameworks (GAP, SPIN, SPICED, MEDDIC) is a bonus
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, or Apollo
  • A desire to lift others through collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and constructive feedback
