Job Details
Growth Account Executives drive expansion within our network of credit union partners. You’ll own a book of business, uncover opportunities, conduct discovery calls, demo products, and close new deals. You'll work with existing and prospective credit union clients to understand their operational needs, identify product fit, and help them modernize their member experience. Success means building strong relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and driving adoption across WithClutch’s suite of products.
- Master Clutch’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and sales playbook.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Lead discovery calls and product demos.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers across credit unions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.
- Experience: 4+ years in full-cycle B2B SaaS or fintech sales.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success closing complex deals.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of solution selling and value-based sales.
- Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial and adaptable.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation abilities.
