Full-Time Account Executive - Screening

Join the growing Screening and Early Detection commercial team at Guardant Health as a field-based Account Executive.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospect and target healthcare providers for high utilization of SHIELD to screen patients for CRC and other cancers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maximize promotional budgets.
• Drive strategic business expansion/collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and implement a business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Identify and partner with national, regional, and local laboratories.
• Initiate and secure lab service agreements.
• Identify opportunities in the marketplace and share best practices with cross-functional partners.
• Analyze competitive landscape and provide customer feedback to leadership.
• Structure strategic plans for gaining and retaining clients.
• Manage implementation of promotional activities.
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure company goals are met.
• Uphold company mission and values.
• Support and comply with Quality Management System policies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct experience in a customer-facing sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding expectations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and selling skills.
• Ability to engage in consultative selling and overcome objections.
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce and Veeva).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Salary

US base salary range: $116,000 to $133,000. (Does not include benefits, bonus, commission, or equity)
