Account Manager I - Oncology Sales
Responsibilities:
- Customer-facing field client service.
- Collaborate with Guardant Health colleagues in account management.
- Operationalize HCP requests and timely sample collection for Guardant Health tests.
- Problem-solve customer orders and reporting, collaborating with GH Client Services (as needed).
- Collaborate and coordinate with field sales to support company goals.
- Identify and develop relationships with existing and new customers.
- Analyze commercial environment in assigned accounts to determine trends and provide feedback to leadership.
- Ensure team objectives are met.
- Work effectively and compliantly with multiple departments throughout GHI.
- Follow GHI Compliance, Privacy, and Business Conduct policies.
- Represent the Guardant Health culture.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years customer service/sales experience.
- Experience in diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or pharma preferred.
- Consultative process, connecting client needs with GHI capabilities.
- Communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strategic account planning skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Develop and utilize cross-functional relationships.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and technical learning skills.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Demonstrate GHI values: integrity, respect, trust, positivity.
- Frequent travel required.
- Must live in assigned territory.
Compensation:
$76,000 - $102,600 (US base salary range).

- Full-time position.
- Employee may need to lift office supplies and use office equipment.
- Majority of work is in a desk/office environment, but may involve exposure to high noise levels, fumes, and biohazard materials in the lab.
