About this role:Guardant Health is a leading precision oncology company focused on helping conquer cancer globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer-facing field client service and collaboration.
- Assist with operationalizing HCP requests and timely sample collection.
- Leverage company tools for problem-solving customer orders and reporting.
- Collaborate with field sales for company goals and objectives.
- Identify and develop relationships with existing/new customers.
- Analyze commercial environment for trends and provide customer feedback.
- Ensure team objectives are met.
- Work effectively and compliantly.
- Follow all GH Compliance policies.

Experience and Skills:
- 0-3 years customer service/sales experience.
- Experience in diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or pharma preferred.
- Ability to engage in a consultative process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong administrative skills and sophistication.
- Problem solving, decision making and technical learning.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must live within assigned territory.
Other Requirements:
- Frequent travel required.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation:
US base salary range: $76,000 - $104,500. Benefits, bonus, commission, or equity not included.
