The Role: As an Activation Specialist, you'll onboard new merchants and guide them toward successful product adoption. You'll work closely with your lead and other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, helping them activate Rebuy products and achieve their expected outcomes.

What You'll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of Rebuy's product groups (Cart & Merchandising, Search & Collections, Checkout, AB Testing, Integrations, Store Audits).
- Effectively onboard merchants onto assigned product groups, providing guidance and support.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to merchants.
- Drive product adoption through superior communication, product expertise, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for value-based cross-selling and upselling.
- Adhere to key metrics (activation rates, usage) to measure effectiveness.
- Gather merchant feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Key Metrics: Product Adoption Rates, Activation Rates, Cross-Sell Revenue, Trial to Paid Conversion, Logo & Revenue Retention
