Full-Time Admissions Representative (Sales)

We are looking for an Admissions Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified students for academic programs.
• Provide information and assistance on enrollment.
• Evaluate and resolve student inquiries.
• Comply with governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
• Enroll only eligible students.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and teamwork.
• Use approved admissions materials.
• Adhere to company policies.
• Schedule and conduct student interviews.
• Utilize approved materials during interviews.
• Meet with potential students to explain program offerings.
• Provide basic information on programs and eligibility.
• Serve as a liaison between students and campus.
• Assist with enrollment forms and application review.
• Mentor students to identify skills and interests.
• Address easily-resolved inquiries.
• Accurately account for inquiries and admissions activity.
• Complete daily activity reports.
• Ensure completion of pre-start paperwork.
• Keep reports current and accurate.
• Attend and complete all required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Attend meetings as directed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours.
