We are seeking a visionary and results-driven solutions leader for our Adobe Practice to lead the expansion of our Adobe capabilities across Commerce, Martech, and Content technologies to drive and increase company revenue. This role requires a seasoned professional with 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, including 10+ years focused on Martech, Content, and Commerce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and scaling Martech and Content practices, along with deep expertise in Adobe’s ecosystem.
Top 5 Responsibilities:
- Directly help drive revenue in pre-sales activities by providing technical and consulting expertise, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions and offerings leveraging Adobe’s suite of tools to address complex client needs.
- Define and execute GTM strategies for Adobe-based solutions, focusing on Commerce, Martech, and Content.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of Adobe experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Expand and deepen the organization’s Adobe capabilities across Commerce, Martech, and Content technologies.
Additional Responsibilities: Include Sales Enablement, Solution Development, Go-to-Market Propositions, Capability Building, People Development, Delivery Enablement and Support, Strategic and Executive Consulting, and Thought Leadership.
Top 5 Qualifications:
- 20+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on Martech, Content, and Commerce.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe technologies.
- Proven track record of building and scaling Martech, Content, and Commerce practices.
- Strong expertise in solution architecture, GTM strategy, and pre-sales activities.
- Experience in strategic and executive consulting.
