ServiceNow is seeking a customer-facing domain expert that drives innovative business solutions. This role is a Pre-Sales/Sales Engineering/Solution Consulting role well-versed in architecting custom solutions on the Now Platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering strategic visions to executive personas at clients.
• Partnering with sales, solution consulting, and the ServiceNow ecosystem for customer success.
• Consulting with customers to understand needs and pain points, and evangelizing the business value of solution development.
• Architecting innovative solutions, collaborating with a cross-functional digital consulting team.
• Developing and enhancing application prototypes.
• Conducting architectural and/or technical workshops.
• Answering questions and providing guidance to Solution Consultants.
• Interacting with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader.
• Developing Proof of Concepts/prototypes with prospective customers.
• Presenting technical solutions at executive briefings and marketing events.
• Providing mentoring and contributing to internal resources.
• Keeping abreast of ServiceNow product developments and external trends.

Skills and experience required:

• 5+ years of experience as a solution consultant/architect.
• 3+ years of experience architecting and delivering complex solutions on the Now Platform.
• Experience facilitating client-facing workshops.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams.
• Fluency in third-party integrations (web services, JDBC, file-based parsers).
• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Fluency in JavaScript, HTML, and libraries/frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap).
• Strong people development skills (coaching, mentoring).
• Executive-level presence and experience presenting to executives.
• Experience with Big Data, IoT a plus.
