ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant - Creator Workflows, a customer-facing domain expert. The role involves driving innovative mission solutions with clients.
This pre-sales/sales engineering/solution consulting role requires proficiency in architecting solutions to address mission problems on the Now Platform (or similar platforms). Demonstrating and prototyping platform capabilities, and identifying specific requirements for designers and developers to create and present innovative pre-sales solution prototypes to customers is essential.
The role also involves delivering strategic visions to executive personas at clients on the value of ServiceNow solutions. The candidate must articulate the business value message to both technical and non-technical customers.
Partnerships with sales, solution consulting, and the wider ServiceNow ecosystem are critical for achieving customer success through thought leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving innovative mission solutions and digital transformations with customers
- Consulting with customers to understand needs, pain points, and the mission value of solutions
- Partnering with sales to qualify customer needs and identify opportunities
- Architecting innovative solutions with a cross-functional team
- Developing application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on the ServiceNow platform
- Demonstrating application development and extension capabilities to clients
- Conducting architectural and/or technical workshops
- Contributing to an asset library of developed applications
- Providing guidance to Solution Consultants
- Interacting with the ServiceNow community as a thought leader
- Presenting technical solutions to executive audiences
- Leading workshops on innovation, ideation, and solution development
- Mentoring solution consulting peers
- Contributing to internal forums and asset libraries
- Presenting at executive briefings and marketing events
- Collaborating with Product Management on upcoming releases
- Staying updated on ServiceNow product developments and industry trends
Qualifications:
- US Public Sector experience
- US Citizenship
- TS/SCI clearance (a plus)
- 5+ years as a solution consultant/architect
- 3+ years architecting and delivering complex solutions on the Now Platform (or similar)
- Experience facilitating client workshops
- Ability to lead multi-discipline teams
- Understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and relevant libraries/frameworks (e.g., AngularJS, Bootstrap)
- Strong learning and people development skills
- Executive presence and experience presenting to executive-level audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Big Data, IoT, or emerging technologies (a plus)
Compensation:
- Base pay of $140,400 - $231,600, plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits
