Full-Time Advisory Solution Consultant, ITAM

• Serve as a thought leader on IT Asset Management (inclusive of hardware asset management, software asset management) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for ServiceNow
• Develop and maintain strong alignment with Product Management and Engineering teams.
• Create and own programs that enable / train Solution Consultants and Sellers to demonstrate the value of ITAM and EAM
• Create and own efforts to generate and mature ITAM and EAM pipeline for customers within the United States
• Contribute to and maintain a showcase of ITAM solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
• Assist the sales personnel in qualification of customer needs and performing business value assessments to determine value for clients
• Demonstrate solutions to prospects and existing customers
• Respond to requests for information / proposal (RFIs, RFPs)
• Scope and deliver Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements with prospects
• Support Marketing events – user conferences, trade shows, webinars, summits, practitioner workshops
• Stay current on competitive analysis and understand how to best position ServiceNow solution
• Understand business and technical problems addressed by the product

• 7+ years of relevant professional experience, 2 of which must be directly with the ServiceNow ITAM product suite
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong presales experience and mastery of the sales process OR strong ServiceNow implementation experience
• Experience working with or in Federal or State & Local Government / Higher Education
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
