Full-Time Agent Onboarding Specialist

Real is a fast-growing national real estate brokerage powered by technology.

Location: Remote - US. Candidates MUST be based in the US to be considered.

Work Schedule: 9 AM - 6 PM ET

Job Summary: As an Agent Onboarding Specialist, you are responsible for creating a seamless process for agents to join REAL and get up and running with their business.

You will be one of the first points of contact for agents joining REAL, helping to answer their questions, explain about REAL, and guide them through their application and onboarding process. You will also serve as a process and task master, ensuring everything is done to onboard the agent.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Onboarding: Manage the agent’s application from submission to approval; facilitate the license transfer with help from the Broker Team; review all items for compliance; approve the application; and help the agent get set up after approval.
• Agent Support: Guide agents through the onboarding process; answer any questions they have regarding their application; the license transfer process; how to join their Board/MLS; how to transfer listings and transactions; and how to get set up at Real.
• Process Development: Develop and manage the license transfer and Board/MLS transfer processes for your region; including approved communications/responses to agents.
• Stakeholder Management: Work with the Broker team to understand the processes and requirements for your region; build processes and guidance to help agents navigate both Real’s processes and State, Board, and MLS processes.

• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience onboarding large real estate teams and/or working with real estate teams is strongly preferred

Education and Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a real estate brokerage or a related industry
• 2+ years of onboarding experience in real estate or a similar company, system, or platform
• Experience in resolving customer issues
• Proficiency with standard software, including Google Suite, MS Office, Adobe Sign, Zendesk, and Pipedrive (or other CRM)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
