Alliance Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Alliances team. Optimizes partner engagement, operational execution, and performance tracking.
Focus: Supports strategic alliances with platform partners (e.g., Workday). Ensures seamless coordination, enablement, and execution of joint projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, documents, and implements best practices for all partnership types (Platform Partners, Referral, Technology, Reseller).
- Establishes standardized processes for partner engagement (sales cycles, business reviews, communication cadences).
- Coordinates internal and external partner meetings.
- Supports Workday and other alliances by tracking engagement, managing partner requests, and escalating issues.
- Supports partnership projects to enhance collaboration.
- Supports planning and coordination of partner events, ensuring seamless internal collaboration.
- Facilitates Workday partner engagement (event participation, communications, ongoing relationship support).
- Oversees travel approval and event logistics.
- Analyzes event effectiveness, developing year-over-year insights to enhance strategies.
- Develops partner performance tracking and reporting in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Supports pipeline reporting, business review preparation, and success tracking for Workday and partner-driven revenue.
- Evaluates engagement schedules and partner events for impact, recommending improvements.
- Develops year-over-year comparisons of partner spend and engagement outcomes.
- Identifies technology solutions to improve partner collaboration and engagement.
- Works with Sales Enablement to develop Salesforce objects, dashboards, and reports.
- Maintains communication templates and partner-facing collateral (Integration Scorecards, Partner on Page Summaries, Event Wrap-Up Reports, Pre-Event Briefings).
- Maintains a centralized team calendar.
- Supports the rollout of Seismic projects.
