Role: Seed is redefining e-commerce - first in direct-to-consumer, now on Amazon.
Responsibilities: Owns the strategy, implementation, and execution of all Amazon channel media to drive awareness, conversion, and retention for Seed products. Help determine and effectively allocate budget across Amazon Ads products to drive optimal results. Track and report on key performance metrics (ROAS, TACOS, contribution margin, and LTV). Own the roadmap and implement iterative testing across bid strategies, ad formats, creative, and audiences to identify winning tactics. Support broader marketing analytics and attribution projects. Stay up-to-date on Amazon Advertising trends and best practices. Build relationships with Amazon Advertising representatives.
Skills Required: 8+ years of experience in a performance marketing role with 5+ years focused on Amazon. Owned a six-figure-plus monthly Amazon Ads budget for a large, omni-channel CPG brand. Amazon media maestro, scaling campaigns using multiple Amazon Ads products (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Amazon Attribution, and Amazon Marketing Cloud). Experience with Amazon Streaming TV preferred. Deep understanding of how Amazon Ads products work together. Highly effective communicator, breaking down complex strategies into clear plans. Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Self-starter, curious about Amazon and retail media. Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Attribution, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with software solutions to support Amazon media buying (PacVue, Quartile, Xmars). Familiarity with Amazon's Ads API documentation.
Compensation: $130k-$150k + equity + benefits.
